Dr. Text

"Dr." Text is one of our counselors trained to help guide you to resources such as assessment tools, exercises, therapies, and other content that can help you.  "Dr." Text can also provide a safe space for you to learn more about whatever may be on your mind.

Nurse Chatbot

Nurse Chatbot is an ai friend that will help you better understand your needs and will guide you to resources that can help you.  Need an assessment? Need exercises?  Need articles and podcasts?  Need a coach?  No problem.  Nurse Chatbot can lead you to those.

CBT & Content PhD.

CBT?  CBT is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  CBT is a proven method that can help you think about your issue(s) in different ways.  Exercises can be completed in 10 minutes!  Also, there are thousands of articles, podcasts and webinars to help you.  

Assessment Nurse

Do you think you might be depressed or you might have anxiety, but aren't completely sure?  Or, maybe you have something else?  No worries. Our assessments can help you figure it out.

How It Works

We are so glad you're here.  We know how hard sadness, depression, and anxiety can be.  We also understand that finding care is hard and therapy is expensive. 

The Adam G Project tries to make things better.  That's why we offer digital tools that can help you 24/7 for free.  That's right.  Free!  We are a non-profit whose mission is to help people exactly like you.  How?

We have 4 different types of helpers.

1) "Dr." Text can help guide you to assessments, content, exercises, and local social service and non-profits.

2) Nurse Chatbot can help you better understand your needs and direct you to resources based on your responses.

3) "Dr." CBT/Content can help you with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in as little as 10 minutes.  CBT can help you think about your issues in new ways that will be less burdensome.

4) Our Assessment Nurse will help direct you to a variety of assessments ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour.  These assessments can help you better understand conditions you may have and how to deal with them more effectively.
